包头市下达

第二批上级就业资金8047万元

支持全市稳就业、促就业工作

截至目前

累计下达就业资金35518万元

较上年同期增加1233万元

同比增长3.6%

此项资金采用因素法分配，根据包头市2023年就业重点工作，考虑城镇新增就业人数、职业技能培训工作、资金预算执行情况、地方财政投入力度等因素进行分配。重点支持乡村振兴、做好高校毕业生等重点群体的就业创业工作，主要用于社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、培训补贴、就业见习补贴、求职创业补贴、职业技能培训补贴、创业园孵化园场地补贴等，持续拓展就业渠道、提升就业能力和质量。

此次就业补助资金纳入直达资金系统管理，各旗县区、项目单位要严格按照规定范围、标准和程序使用资金，加快预算执行进度，有效发挥公共财政扶持稳就业的作用，为全市稳定就业大局保驾护航。
