包头市财政局关于宣布 2023年行政规范性文件清理结果的通知

各旗县区财政局、稀土高新区财政局，局机关各科室、局属各单位：
根据《内蒙古自治区规范性文件制定和备案监督办法》（自治区人民政府令第191号）第二十六条“制定机关每两年对规范性文件进行一次清理”的规定和包头市人民政府办公室《关于开展行政规范性文件清理的通知》要求，我局对行政规范性文件进行了全面清理，决定继续有效14件，废止2件，宣布失效2件。
