包头市关于领取2024年度会计专业技术初级资格证书的通知

包头市广大初级资格考生：
2024年度会计专业技术初级资格证书已全部制作完毕，自2024年11月25日起开始领取。现将相关事宜通知如下：
一、证书领取时间、地点
（一）集中领取
1.领取时间：2024年11月25日 —2024年12月25日（法定假日除外）上午9：00—12:00 下午2:30—5:30
2.领取地点：包头市青山区建设路193号包头市财政局3楼306办公室（包头市代理记账协会）
（二）正常领取
1.领取时间：自2025年1月1日后，每周二和周五上午9：00—12:00 下午2:30—5:30
2.领取地点：包头市青山区建设路193号包头市财政局6楼601办公室
二、证书领取需携带资料
（一）本人领取
考生领取证书时，须携带本人有效身份证、高中及以上毕业证、全国会计专业技术资格考试成绩合格单原件。成绩合格单下载流程如下：
1.登录“全国会计人员统一服务管理平台”；
2.点击“服务大厅”[考试服务][合格证明下载]
选择“初级”；
3.下载并打印“全国会计专业技术资格考试成绩合格单”。
（二）委托他人代领
如考生委托他人代领，代领人需携带本人身份证原件，以及上述考生本人领取需携带的资料原件。
