为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，近日，国家发展改革委等六部门联合印发《关于补齐公共卫生环境设施短板 开展城乡环境卫生清理整治的通知》（发改办社会〔2023〕523号，以下简称《通知》）。
《通知》提出，要积极总结推广浙江“千万工程”经验做法，以环境清理整治为先手棋，深入推进农村人居环境整治提升，建设宜居宜业和美乡村。积极稳步推进超大特大城市“平急两用”公共基础设施建设，营造干净、整洁、舒适的旅游居住环境。
《通知》提出，要重点推进城市环境卫生清理整治、农村人居环境整治提升、医疗卫生机构环境整治，补齐医疗卫生服务体系、城乡垃圾污水治理、医疗废物和污水综合处置能力短板，推动创新城乡社会健康治理模式，以点带面夯实健康中国和美丽中国建设基础。
《通知》要求，各地区各部门要充分动员和组织全社会广泛参与，调动各方面积极性，凝聚全社会共识，形成上下联动、齐抓共管、人人参与的良好氛围，改变城乡环境卫生面貌，不断提高群众环境卫生满意度。
