有供应商未在投标文件的报价明细表中填写投标产品的规格型号，而提供的证书上是有规格型号的，评委不能在评标现场判断产品和证书是否对应，请问这种情况下，有啥方式能帮助判断？
答复：招标文件应当明确报价明细表填报要求，对于未在报价明细表中填写规格型号的，按照招标文件的规定处理。招标文件未作规定的，评标委员会可要求投标人进行澄清，并视情作出处理。（答复单位：财政部国库司）
