Roman">165</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">号）等有关文件规定，做好资金拨付和项目实施等工作。耕地地力保护补贴资金列入</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">2023</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">年中央直达资金，按照中央直达资金管理机制进行管理。</span></span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">为贯彻落实中央和自治区预算绩效管理相关要求，现同步下达你地区</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">2023</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">年耕地地力保护补贴绩效目标表。请对照绩效目标做好绩效运行监控和绩效评价，确保财政资金安全有效。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:40px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">三、</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">请严格对照绩效目标做好绩效监控，确保绩效目标如期实现。自治区、市级将不定期对资金支出进度进行调度，对整体支出进度慢、排名靠后的地区进行约谈，采取任务、资金一并收回，与安排其他专项资金挂钩等必要措施进行惩戒。</span></p><p
