按照《内蒙古自治区财政厅 水利厅关于下达2024年自治区衔接资金（支持农村牧区供水保障工程建设）的通知》（内财农〔2024〕287号），为保障农村牧区供水工程建设和饮水安全，做好巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接，现下达你地区2024年自治区乡村振兴衔接资金（支持农村牧区供水保障工程建设）748万元，支出功能分类科目列“213类05款04”科目。
你地区要按照《内蒙古自治区财政衔接推进乡村振兴补助资金管理办法》（内财农规〔2022〕4号）管理使用资金，要尽快将资金下达。资金支持的项目要从巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴项目库中选取，用于经自治区水利厅备案具备施工条件且承诺达到资金执行进度项目。市水务局、财政局将对项目进展及资金执行情况进行定期督导，实行全过程绩效管理，确保资金截至6月、9月底支出进度分别不低于50%、75%，12月底前全面完成工程建设任务和除质保金外全部支出。
按照《内蒙古自治区关于全面实施预算绩效管理的实施意见》（内财监〔2019〕1343号）通知要求，对此次下达的资金，水利、财政部门要做好绩效目标细化完善、审核等相关工作，绩效目标报市财政局、水务局备案。
